Order Cancellation and Return Policy

Changes and Cancellations to Your Order:
Due to the unique nature of our products, each portrait is handed painted digitally. therefore We can only make changes to your order (including order cancellation, photo swaps, background color changes, frame size changes, etc. if we are contacted with 30 minutes of your order being placed.
Return Policy
As each individual order is highly customized and made to order, we are unable to accept returns of products once fulfillment and delivery has begun.
Changed your mind after placing an order? Order cancellation requests must be made within 60 minutes of your order being placed.
Wrong or Damaged Product?
If you've received the wrong or damaged products, don't fret! We'll make sure it's fixed!
