Best Practices for Getting the Perfect Picture!
The image provided to us for your personalized is crucial to how well the painting will look! Here are some best practices to follow to ensure that you have the most accurate portrait!
- Ensure the photo is taken in a brightly lit room, preferably in daylight
- Use a high quality camera, or a smartphone to capture your picture
- Ensure the neck and face of your furry friend is lit, visible and not covered by shadows
- We recommend avoiding using filters on your picture. This is so we can get the most accurate colors of your pet.
- Make sure your pet is looking directly at the camera at eye level, facing forward. Other positions are acceptable, but your pet will be shown in that position in the final portrait.
- Please note: collars, leashes, bows, hats, and other cute outfits will not be illustrated in your final portrait.
