As your product is created and personalized for you, due to the nature of this customized work we are unable to offer returns.
However, we understand that there may be circumstances in which you need to request a refund. Our refund policy is designed to be fair to both you and our business. Please read the following information carefully to understand our policies and procedures for requesting a refund.
Refund Policy:
- Please reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving your product if it is damaged in transit, the wrong order, size, print or frame.
- In order to request a refund, you must provide a written explanation of the reasons for your dissatisfaction with the portrait.
- If your request for a refund is approved, we will process the refund within 14 days of receiving your request.
- Please note that we cannot offer refunds for portraits that have been customized or altered at your request.
- We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if we determine that the request is unreasonable or not in line with our refund policy.
