Shipping Times
Within Canada: We offer FREE shipping for products over $100 CAD. For all other orders, we charge a $15 rate for shipping!Â
You can expect orders to arrive 3-4 weeks after you place them. This wait time may go up to 5 weeks during the peak holiday season. We will always try to get your portrait out to you as soon as possible!Â
US and International Shipping: At the moment, we are unable to offer portraits to US and International clients. This is something that our team is working on and hopes to launch soon!Â
Here are some important items to note when placing your order:
- Any changes to your shipping address must be made within 60 minutes or placing your order. Please reach out to us as soon as possible if any changes need to be made!Â
- We cannot accept requests to change, swap or edit photos that were submitted with an order
